A: We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. If your light doesn’t work for your space, simply contact us and we’ll email you a prepaid return label — no restocking fees or hidden charges.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes. Every B&R Lighting product includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, electrical issues, and premature battery or LED failures. If something goes wrong within the first year, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
A: Just email Blake@BnRLighting.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement right away.
Q: Do you offer replacements for lost parts or remotes?
