How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at Blake@BnRLighting.com with your order details.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back.
All returns must be shipped to:

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll quickly evaluate the issue and send a replacement or refund as needed.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to complete a return for the original product and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

International Returns (EU Orders)
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
